Medicare Part D drug plans all have a formulary, which is essentially a list of covered medicines. The formulary may change from year to year, but your plan will notify you before it does.
The formulary will also indicate whether there are any special regulations or limitations for your medicine. Your insurance plan will provide you with a copy of the formulary and/or a link to learn more about your entire medication list.
